Herefordshire Liberal Democrats Select Parliamentary Canididates

At a recent launch event , Herefordshire Liberal Democrats formally announced the selection of our Parliamentary Candidates, who  will stand in the next General Election.

For Hereford and South Herefordshire Constituency Cllr Dan Powell is our candidate and for North Herefordshire Cllr Cat Hornsey.  
 

As Herefordshire has only ever returned Liberal Democrat or Conservative MP's to Parliament, both Candidates felt there was a great opportunity for the Liberal Democrats at this Election, following the huge 14.3% Swing in votes across the County in the May Local Elections.
